Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, responsible for leading on projects with complex clients across sectors such as Nuclear and Defence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering cost and contract management services, including data scenario modelling, contractual bonuses, and cost assurance.
  • Developing and implementing cost plans, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Managing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. They will also have advanced experience of standard forms of contract, including the NEC suite, and proven ability to manage stakeholders in a complex environment.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, plus a generous holiday allowance and flexible working arrangements.
