Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as main point of contact for client queries and utility-related aspects.
  • Support pre-construction schedules and track key milestones.
  • Collaborate with estimators and designers for budget accuracy.
  • Maintain updated records of utility agreements and perform weekly audits.
  • Engage with clients, networks, and internal teams during pre-construction.
  • Address issues impacting project timelines with a 24-hour response window.
  • Help acquire necessary design approvals.
  • Ensure construction feasibility with the design and engineering teams.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Head of Pre-Construction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in construction coordination within utilities or infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of utility processes, including electricity, water, and gas network adoption.
