**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Leader to oversee our construction projects in the UK.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site staff to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Address any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate preferred.
