Job Title: Construction Manager

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Cavendish Nuclear. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial aspects of subcontractor agreements during project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support claims management by justifying and documenting subcontractor claims to support head contract variations and audits.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SIGNIFICANT experience in a Quantity Surveying or Construction Management role.
  • EXTENSIVE experience managing projects and delivering results.
  • ADEPT at collaborating with clients and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • COMMERCIAL ACUMEN: Strong understanding of construction industry financials and contract administration.
  • PROVEN ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
