We are seeking a skilled Construction Services Manager to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of quantity surveying duties, from project inception through to completion. This will include preparing cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.

You will also provide post-contract quantity surveying services, including preparing data and reports to tight deadlines. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work collaboratively with other service teams and develop strong relationships with clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career in quantity surveying and join a dynamic team. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • Provide quantity surveying services to clients across various sectors, including health, education, and commercial
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tenders for construction projects
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality services

The ideal candidate will have a BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying and/or a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Experience working for a professional quantity surveying/cost management consultancy business is essential.
