Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the key interface between General Mills and our strategically important retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales, share, and profit goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver annual sales plans, financial forecasts, and volume forecasts to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Execute agreed promotional plans within defined investment budgets and continually refine by identifying and implementing revenue management opportunities.
  • Develop and recommend account strategies and tactics to maximize sales and gross profit for both parties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong influencing skills and commercial acumen.
  • Proven experience of delivering results through working in cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence and ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations.
  • Advanced forecasting and commercial modelling skills.
