About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Grafton Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to provide insightful feedback and reports to the team.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales metrics and statistics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute local events and initiatives that align with our company message and branding.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and work with the team to drive sales initiatives, event content, and strategy.
  • Reporting: Ensure all field activities and insights are presented in a professional, timely, and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, products, and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
