Independent Reviewing Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker to join our team as an Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) for Islington Council's Children Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and effective reviews of children's cases to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with social workers, families, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure effective collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Children's Social Worker with a strong background in IRO work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
