About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of our members while they use our wet facilities.
  • You will work closely with other staff members to create a positive and supportive team culture.
  • You will develop and maintain training records for lifeguards.

Requirements:

  • You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records.
  • You should have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • You should be passionate about great customer care and be a real team player.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,480 pro rata, 24 hours per week, as well as a range of benefits including season ticket loan, physiotherapy, private healthcare, cycle to work scheme, and more.
