We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a caring and empathetic nature. No experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will have the flexibility to choose your working hours, with the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of £9-12 per hour (dependent on experience) and enjoy benefits such as paid holiday, pension scheme, and enhanced rates on bank holidays.
Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients, and we expect all staff members to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
About the Role:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily tasks, such as shopping, cooking, and cleaning
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events
- Offer companionship and emotional support
