Support and Care Professional

The CareTech Group is committed to delivering high-quality care and services to adults with learning disabilities, severe physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, challenging behavior, mental health issues, or acquired brain injury. As a Support and Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live fulfilling lives in community settings.

Your key responsibilities will include participating in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities, maintaining effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others, and supporting service users with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and personal care. You will also be required to maintain accurate notes and records as necessary.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £12-£15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have the skills and qualifications required for this role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
