About the Role
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
About the Job
As a Support Worker, your duties will include accompanying clients to appointments and social events, preparing meals, running errands, carrying out light housework and laundry, providing medication reminders, assisting with personal care, and providing companionship and social company.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be flexible in terms of hours and workload. You will also need to have a non-judgmental attitude and be able to maintain confidentiality.
