Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, including personal care, light housework, and companionship. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and tailor your support to meet their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support to clients, including assistance with daily tasks and activities* Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting* Help with light housework, laundry, and ironing* Accompany clients to appointments and social events* Prepare meals and snacks* Run errands, such as picking up prescriptions and groceries* Provide medication reminders* Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities* Build strong relationships with clients and their families* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress* Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless support* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
