Key Account Sales Manager

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Newcastle under Lyme. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
**Requirements:**
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
