Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our culinary department, you'll be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring seamless delivery of our menu offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards.
- Develop and implement efficient kitchen processes to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute innovative menus that showcase our commitment to local produce.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the kitchen team.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
