Job Title: Customer Service Lead
This is a unique opportunity to join Lidl's Moseley Road store (GB1463) team as a Store Operations Manager in Birmingham. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and improving overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Managing the store's day-to-day activities in the absence of the Store Manager
- Providing top-notch customer service and resolving queries efficiently
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences
- A competitive salary of £40,750 per annum
