Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Specialist, Fleet Management to join our team in Bellevue, WA, USA. As a key member of our DSP & DA Communications and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic communications plans that educate large audiences and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a multi-channel strategy, including written communications, executive messaging, and video content
- Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content to help launch new programs and products
- Interview DSPs and DAs and build advocacy stories
- Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders
- Drive creative communication campaigns to both solve business needs and instill passion among the DSP community
- Partner with stakeholders to ingest customer listening data and use it to inform a communication strategy
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications
- Partner with agencies and internal creative teams to develop compelling visual content
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience developing complex and strategic communications that educate large audiences
- Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to help others do the same
- Experience managing both internal and agency partners as part of a holistic go-to-market strategy
- Highly developed and polished written communication skills
- Experience working autonomously to develop and propose strategies for improvements
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once
