Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of catering provision within a large production kitchen and associated cluster units. This will involve the training and supervision of the catering team in all aspects of catering and in line with current legislation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of catering provision within a large production kitchen and associated cluster units.
  • Train and supervise the catering team in all aspects of catering and in line with current legislation.
  • Work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team, to achieve performance targets.
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers to promote new business and ensure performance targets are achieved.
  • Have a good understanding of IT systems and appropriate administrative experience.

Requirements

  • Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment.
  • A good understanding of IT systems and appropriate administrative experience would be advantageous.
