Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all public areas of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or cleaning environment
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
