Substance Abuse Intervention Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated individual to work as a Dependency and Recovery Worker in our Futures Together Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive support to individuals with multiple and complex needs, including those who have been sentenced to treatment requirements by the court.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of working in the field of problematic substance and alcohol use, with a strong background in substance and alcohol interventions and treatment. They will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word, and familiar with relevant database management systems.
The successful candidate will also have the flexibility and ability to travel throughout the County of Essex, and will be able to network for the benefit of the client and service. Experience of working within the criminal justice setting is desirable, as is experience of creating person-centred care plans and/or timetables based on identified needs.
