About the Role

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief People Officer to join its senior leadership team. As a pivotal appointment, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization's culture and workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership on all people matters, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement a culture strategy that aligns with the Trust's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with the Board, group executives, and hospital leadership teams to drive cultural change and improve staff engagement.
  • Provide HR and OD advice to the senior leadership team and Board.
  • Lead the development and implementation of workforce plans to address recruitment and retention challenges.
