Job Title: Chief People Officer

City St George's, a leading institution in professional education and research, seeks a visionary Chief People Officer to lead the development and implementation of people management, staff engagement, and well-being strategies. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the University President to drive excellence in employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic people and culture change initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement effective people management and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with the University President and Senior Leadership Team to drive organizational excellence
  • Oversee the development of a contemporary approach to people-oriented leadership
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
