Responsibilities of Support Workers
  • Provide essential support to young people outside of school hours and assist in classroom duties during breaks.
  • Contribute to daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and organizing engaging activities.
  • Promote independence and overall well-being of the individuals under your care.
  • Participate in exciting holiday trips and outings, enriching their experiences.
Requirements for Applicants
  • Demonstrate empathy, enthusiasm, and resilience in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
  • Possess at least 6 months of experience working in a similar social care setting.
  • Be available for sleep-in duties as required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to your own vehicle.
