Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS team. As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to patients with various mental health conditions.
About the RoleKey responsibilities:
- Develop tailored support plans for patients based on their specific diagnosis.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and social workers to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Build trusting relationships with patients, offering advice and reassurance.
- Conduct standard physical health checks and administer medications.
- Discuss available therapies, support networks, and social activities to improve mental health and wellbeing.
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) with:
- NMC Registration.
- At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
- 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
