Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to provide exceptional clinical outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

As a Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP, your duties will include assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through our Ramsay Academy programme.

Person Specification

  • HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
