We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive, confidential, and efficient secretarial service to the Oncology Department, including the Consultant Oncologists, their junior staff, and the Oncology Team.
Main Duties of the Job
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and prioritize their workload. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the office, dealing with patients face-to-face and via telephone, and providing administrative support to the department.

Person Specification
