We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Welfare Specialist to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Cambridgeshire.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse families, children, and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being. As a Child Welfare Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with various agencies to provide timely and effective services.

You will engage with families, build trust, and develop empowering relationships to facilitate positive change and improve outcomes. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, combined with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively assess needs, identify risks, and develop robust plans.

The estimated salary for this role is around £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a hybrid post with required days in the office and other days working from home. You must be able to travel countywide independently.
