Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our Family Support and Safeguarding Team in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking assessments, developing effective relationships with children and their families, and producing reports for various forums, including court.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking assessments to identify and respond to needs, building on strength and ensuring that analysis is robust and leads to clear outcomes
  • Engaging with children, young people, and their families to develop effective and empowering relationships
  • Producing reports and plans for various forums, including court

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
