As a Strategic Compliance Governance Specialist at Deutsche Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring high standards of governance across the organization. This includes interpreting and responding to training-related findings, audit report writing, and driving corrective action and remediation plans.



Our global Regulatory Training team is part of the Governance and Exam Management function, and as a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with stakeholders in Audit, Legal, and across first and second lines of defense. You will also coordinate annual Training Needs Analysis processes, consolidating reports and sourcing approvals as needed.



In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, drive, and maintain structured methodologies while challenging current practices. Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work will be essential in ensuring timely responses to audit requests and maintaining records of all related correspondence and commitments.



Deutsche Bank offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a non-contributory pension, 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and the option to purchase additional days. You will also be eligible for life assurance and private healthcare for you and your family, as well as a range of flexible benefits, including retail discounts, a bike-to-work scheme, and gym benefits.
