About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team at BluetownOnline Ltd. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, conducting market research, and delivering high-quality reports to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex projects, including research, analysis, and reporting
  • Conduct market research through desk research, phone interviews, and face-to-face meetings
  • Deliver market research analysis projects within agreed budget and timeline
  • Set and follow research methodology and apply analytical processes to produce high-quality reports
  • Coordinate the delivery of team members and third-party contractors or consultants
  • Quality assurance of reports prepared by other staff
  • Responsible for the control and management of a small portfolio
  • Develop new products in line with market needs, business plan, and client expectations
  • Stay in touch with industry stakeholders and clients to stay informed about the latest market developments
  • Write proposals for private client projects
  • Contribute to budget setting and assist team managers with business development
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Support team managers in developing and growing your portfolio
  • Attend trade shows and make industry presentations as required
  • Provide sales support and write press releases and blogs
  • Mentor market intelligence analyst team and undertake line management responsibilities
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in B2B market research
  • Problem-solving skills and knowledge of the business area
  • Knowledge of one or more foreign languages (German, Italian, Spanish)
  • Project management skills and business acumen
  • Good MS Office skills and excellent analytical and modelling skills
  • Good presentation skills and report writing skills
  • Experience of managing and mentoring a small team
  • Accuracy and attention to details and good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and proven commitment to professional development and enhancement
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Business studies or similar discipline
  • Professional qualification from Market Research Society
