Operations Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at First Recruitment Services in Brighton. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of procedures across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective forecasting reports to inform business decisions
  • Manage inventory and stock control to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases to support business operations
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues to ensure seamless productivity
Requirements:
  • Proven project management experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, Financial Software, or MS 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with the option to work Monday to Thursday with 100% pay if all targets are met. The annual salary is up to £35,000.
