About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Beauty Advisors. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect skincare and beauty products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, provide personalized consultations, and offer expert advice on our skincare and beauty products.
  2. Sales Performance: Meet sales targets, promote No7 offers and in-store promotions, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and create a supportive working environment.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends, and share your expertise with customers and colleagues.
  5. Store Presentation: Ensure the counter is beautifully presented, showcasing our range of No7 skincare and beauty products.
