About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Beauty Advisors. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect skincare and beauty products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Strong Relationships with customers and colleagues, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all.
  2. Personalised Consultations using our latest skincare, make-up, and beauty products to help customers achieve their beauty goals.
  3. Meet Sales Targets and stay up-to-date with our No7 offers and in-store promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  4. Complete Our Award-Winning Programme, the 12-month Skin School development programme, to enhance your skills and knowledge in skincare and beauty.
  5. Share Knowledge and Tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environment.
  6. Ensure a Beautifully Presented Counter showcasing our range of No 7 skincare and beauty products.
