As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing the monthly payroll, processing timesheets, and maintaining personal records and documents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process timesheets and statutory payments, including P45's and holiday pay.
- Plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Maintain personal records and documents, including starters and leavers, journals, and reconciliation.
- Stay up-to-date on current changes and legislation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in Payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and work independently.
