Gracebridge Care provide residential care for young people aged between 10-18 years of age. Our goal is to support children and young people to fulfil their potential, grow into independent adults and have happy, successful futures. Gracebridge Care has three beautiful homes in Sutton Coldfield, Acocks Green, and Shirley.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with some experience in Human Resources to provide daily operational administration support to our Home Managers across the three sites.
- This is a full time permanent position
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Location - Acocks Green and Shirley
- Salary £21,000 - £22,000
Overall duties include:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records via the HR system
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including placing adverts, organising interviews and collating and sending out relevant paperwork
- Liaising with Payroll and Human Resources with any new starters or leavers
- Co-ordinate and maintain training records for all staff
- Maintain social media accounts (LinkedIn and Website)
- Responsibility for ensuring DBS checks are valid and current for all staff
- Minuting meetings and distributing as necessary
- Reporting and escalating any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department
- Managing petty cash across the three sites, evidencing all expenditure
- Monitor and co-ordinate staff laptops and mobile phones
- Any other admin duties required by the business
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
