Supporting Students with Complex Needs
I C Talent Ltd is seeking a skilled Autism and Learning Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and medical needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students. If you have experience working with SEND students and a passion for creating bespoke support plans, we would love to hear from you.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with at least six months' experience in UK schools
- Ability to develop and implement tailored support plans
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to assess individual student needs
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
- A commitment to safeguarding pupil welfare and promoting inclusion
