Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Dulux Decorating Centres. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to customers, ensuring they receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Use our customer service tools to ensure a seamless and efficient customer interaction.
  • Support the store's customer contact plan, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective communication.
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through our training programs, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
