About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ITW Construction Products (UK/Nordics) as a key member of our team, responsible for driving the Product and Communications Strategy for the Electrical segment within the Concrete Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to set the tone for the Electrical segment, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Segment lead to ensure strategic intent and execution of Sales & Marketing plans, ensuring our value propositions resonate with customers and drive business growth.
  • Lead the Customer Back innovation process, ensuring a pipeline of developments is in place to support long-term growth strategy.
  • Develop and implement a Communications strategy to influence key decision-makers in the industry, highlighting the value propositions of our brand.
  • Manage the Communications team, ensuring effective execution of strategic communications for the Concrete Business Unit in the UK and Nordics Markets.
  • Devise and deliver the Communications Strategy, targeting key decision-makers with full control over budget and forecasting.
  • Grow the SPIT Brand and raise awareness within its chosen markets.
  • Lead the team for Communications, design, and digital needs of the brand, ensuring adequate support for the Interiors segment.
  • Develop key metrics to measure the success of the Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

  • A track record of delivering impactful change through strategic planning.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and evaluate information to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Cultural awareness to navigate multiple markets.
  • Line management experience preferred but not essential.
