Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our Product and Communications Strategy for the Electrical segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful change through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Product Strategy to drive business growth and market share.
- Lead the Customer Back Innovation Process to ensure a pipeline of new products and address changing workplace legislations.
- Manage the Communications Strategy to target key decision makers and drive business results.
- Line manage the communication team to ensure effective execution of strategic communications.
- Develop and manage key metrics to measure the success of the Marketing Strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering impactful change through strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to research and evaluate information to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing key stakeholders.
- Culturally aware and able to navigate multiple markets.
- Line management experience preferred but not essential.
