Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the Product and Communications Strategy for the Electrical segment, part of the Concrete Business Unit within the UK and Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Marketing Strategy for the Spit Brand within the electrical market.
  • Lead the Customer Back Innovation Process, ensuring a pipeline of new products is developed and maintained.
  • Manage the Communications strategy, targeting key decision-makers and influencing the industry to understand and engage with our value propositions.
  • Line manage the communication team, ensuring the right execution of strategic communication for the Concrete Business Unit in the UK and Nordics Markets.
  • Develop and be responsible for the delivery of the Communications Strategy, with full control over budget and forecasting for the segment.
  • Grow the SPIT Brand and raise awareness within its chosen markets.
  • Lead the team for Communications, design, and digital needs of the brand, ensuring adequate support for the Interiors segment.
  • Develop key metrics to measure the success of the Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

  • A track record of delivering impactful change in an organisation through implementation of a strategic plan.
  • Experience of Sales & Marketing across multi-channels.
  • Analytical skills and ability to research and evaluate information, to drive business decisions from market insights.
  • Great communication skills with a track record in influencing key stakeholders, to get results.
  • Culturally aware to navigate within multiple markets.
  • Line management experience preferred but not essential.
