About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ITW Construction Products (UK/Nordics) as a key member of our team. As a Strategic Marketing Director, you will be responsible for setting the Product and Communications Strategy for the Electrical segment, part of the Concrete Business Unit within the UK and Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales and growth in the electrical market.
  • Lead the Customer Back innovation process to ensure a pipeline of new products and developments are in place for the years ahead.
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy to influence key decision makers in the industry and promote the value propositions of our brand.
  • Manage the Communications team to ensure the right execution of the strategic communication for the Concrete Business Unit in the UK and Nordics Markets.
  • Develop and manage the budget and forecasting for the segment.
  • Grow the SPIT Brand and raise awareness within its chosen markets.
  • Lead the team for Communications, design and digital needs of the brand, while ensuring adequate support for the Interiors segment from this resource.
  • Develop key metrics to measure the success of the Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

  • A track record of delivering impactful change in an organisation through implementation of a strategic plan.
  • Experience of Sales & Marketing across multi-channels.
  • Analytical skills and ability to research and evaluate information, to drive business decisions from market insights.
  • Great communication skills with a track record in influencing key stakeholders, to get results.
  • Culturally aware to navigate within multiple markets.
  • Line management experience preferred but not essential.
