Job Title: Data Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems Administrator to join our team at High Speed 2 Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our workforce management system, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the workforce management system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage user access and permissions within the system, ensuring sensitive data is secure.
  • Regularly update the system with new workforce data, including site access, training records, and other relevant information.
  • Continuously monitor system performance, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on workforce data, including site access records, attendance, and system usage metrics.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas of concern that may impact project operations.
  • Identify areas where the Workforce Management system may be underperforming or underutilised, using data-driven insights to pinpoint specific issues.
  • Proactively recommend system improvements or enhancements to better meet project needs and increase overall system utility.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in business administration, communication, IT, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and Project.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong organisational and data management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
