We are seeking an experienced Data & Administration Team Leader to support our Mental Health Support Teams in education settings across West/North Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service. This will involve working closely with the Team Leaders and Service Manager to ensure that services are aligned to best meet local needs. You will have the opportunity to work with and support delivery of services to children, young people, and families in Birmingham. The post holder will directly manage the Senior Administrator and oversee the direction and support to the administration team, providing high-quality, efficient, and effective administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and data
* Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes
* Providing training and support to the administration team
* Collaborating with the Team Leaders and Service Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
