Job Summary

Compass is delighted to have been selected to provide Mental Health Support Teams (Wave 12) in education settings across Birmingham, working in partnership with other health and care providers across the city.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Data & Administration Team Leader to support our new Mental Health Support Teams in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in and knowledge of the use of data and information systems, as well as the ability to input, store, retrieve, analyze, and report on data from a client management information system.

Working alongside the Team Leaders and Service Manager, the post holder will be responsible for establishing integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service, ensuring that services are aligned to best meet local needs. Based in Birmingham, the post will work with and support the delivery of services to children, young people, and families in the city.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will directly manage the Senior Administrator and oversee the direction and support to the administration team, providing high-quality, efficient, and effective administrative functions. There may be some infrequent requirement to travel between our sites, schools, and partner agencies.

About the Role

The post holder will be a values-driven leader with a passion for supporting children, young people, and families' mental health and wellbeing. They will also have:

  • A NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience of inputting and producing statistical data and reports on databases and spreadsheets
  • Experience of managing and supervising others within a team
