Key Responsibilities
  • Job Advert Creation and Management: Develop and advertise job postings to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Right to Work Checks: Conduct thorough checks to verify candidate eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the candidate database, coordinate interviews, and facilitate communication with applicants.
  • Pre-Employment Administration: Coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Leavers Process: Assist with the exit process, including updating records and ensuring a professional departure.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing absences, holiday requests, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 months of HR administration or 2 years of general administration experience.
