**About the Role:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an ALN Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be working in specialist provisions around Neath Port Talbot to support pupils with additional needs and abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs, possess a patient and caring nature, and have the ability to motivate and engage students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs and abilities both in and out of the classroom academically and emotionally.

* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff.

* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience working with children with additional needs, preferably in a teaching assistant role.

* Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, with a patient and caring approach to supporting pupils with complex needs.

**Salary:** £83.40 - £96.40 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
