Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in the Neath area. As a key member of the education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and contributing to the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other professionals to deliver targeted interventions and support individual pupils and small groups.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, promoting a love for learning in every child.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children (minimum of 6 months) and holding a Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.
