We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Welsh Language Learning Support Worker to join our team at Equal Education Partners.

This role involves working approximately 32.5 hours per week, with flexibility to negotiate based on individual circumstances.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students with diverse learning requirements
  2. Supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those with autism, to ensure they receive equal opportunities
  3. Maintaining open communication channels with students, teachers, and other staff members to foster a collaborative environment
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality education to students across various subjects and topics

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

  • Proven experience working with children
  • Familiarity with special education practices is desirable
  • Excellent fluency in the Welsh language
