About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at one of our excellent Primary Schools in Jarrow. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build positive relationships with pupils and have a long-term, positive impact on their lives, progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To provide support to pupils with varied Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis.
  2. To work closely with teachers and other teaching assistants to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  3. To contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
