We're recruiting a Resident Support Specialist to join our team at HC-One. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents, providing assistance with daily living tasks and engaging in general activities within the care home.

Your duties will involve working closely with our team to deliver exceptional care, maintaining the dignity and individuality of our residents. Safeguarding is crucial, and we require you to undergo safeguarding training to understand how to respond to concerns.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll also participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Benefits of joining HC-One include:
